I just wanted to write to tell you what a wonderful experience I had with Mike Hynes Auto Body in Allston, Massachusetts. I brought my car to them on the recommendation of an auto supply store after having a bad experience with a dealership auto body shop. Mike walked through everything they were going to do to fix the car, he gave me an estimate that he stuck to, even though the damage exceeded the estimate, he gave me a free loaner car, and he fixed my car beautifully. It looks like a brand new car, and it was impeccably clean when it was returned to me. Mike made me feel very comfortable, especially as a woman who knows almost nothing about automotive repair. He was extremely professional, and his staff were as well. I completely recommend Hynes Auto Body to anyone who is considering having body repair work done.
