Top notch professionals. Everything worked exactly as they said it would. I was quite distressed as I knew nothing about these folks. But from the time I met with the estimator until the time I went to pick up the repaired car they were great to work with. They were very professional about the work. When I expressed concerns about a quality repair to our less than 1 year old car and what the insurance adjustor was offering to pay, the estimator put my mind at ease, told me they had a good relationship with the carrier and promised things would be taken care of without a problem. Good to their word, everything came out fine and hassle free. I would recommend them.

Michael Jr. called the next day to check on my reaction to the condition of the car. He was responsive throughout the process, through e-mails and even sending my pictures of additional damage that he noticed. Great job.

Fantastic service and very high quality work. I rear-ended someone on a Wednesday and went to Hynes on Thursday for an estimate. They ordered a new bumper cover and painted it to match. I brought my car in the following Tuesday and they installed the cover and returned it the same day in perfect condition. They also cleaned it inside and out, and it looked beautiful when done. If you're unfortunate enough to get in a wreck, at least these guys make it as good an experience as possible.

The repair Hynes Auto Repair did on my older was not only affordable, but they did a fantastic job and were responsive, kind, fast and a pleasure to deal with. Outstanding. I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Michael J. Hynes Auto Repair. I drove in with my two young boys and Michael provided a prompt estimate and agreed to some extra work at no cost (buffing out the passenger side mirror). Once I agreed to the work, Mr. Hynes drove me home in my car with my boys and took the car back to the shop for repair. Michael called with updates throughout the week and had the car ready as promised before the end of the week. When I returned from an out of town trip with my family, the car was waiting for me after hours with the keys hidden. Not only was the gash fixed to perfection and the mirror buffed, but Hynes Auto Body had also buffed the rear of the car (which need it) and cleaned it. The car looked almost brand new when I picked it up. My wife was delighted. Michael J. Hynes is a top rated auto body shop for a reason - they do excellent work.

Excellent from start to finish. I dropped off my car at the Alston location on the Tuesday after Memorial Day, Jim Ware was extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. They arranged for Enterprise to pick me up so I could get a rental vehicle. A problem with resetting the airbag on the door caused them to need an additional day to repair and since I was going on a business trip, they retained my vehicle until the following week so I could pick it up when I returned. The work was done well and the service was outstanding.

Extremely well. First, everyone at Hynes was incredibly responsive and helpful ranging from working with the insurance company to being extremely polite with each phone call. I had to stop by and they were happy to show me the work in progress. They continually communicated the progress and the work was excellent. The car was only a few months old and it was returned "like new".

I brought the car in and they had an estimate that day for the repairs - they worked out the details with the insurance co, so I didn't have to negotiate. (Their estimate for the repairs was considerably different than the Ins Co estimate). The repairs went exactly as they said it would (cost & time) and the estimate was spot-on.
